Rather not practice in a group? Roots Yoga offers private paddle board yoga lessons. One on one with our certified instructors, learn to feel confident and build strength and endurance with yoga postures on a paddle board! Gentle, healing yoga is also available for those recovering from injuries or very new to the practice. Private lessons allow you to explore paddling and yoga at your own pace, and are customized to your skill level and desire for challenge! All fitness levels are welcome. Paddle boarding and yoga are both anaerobic exercises and excellent ways to lose weight, lower blood pressure, and decrease stress. Come discover how you can strengthen your body and relax your mind as we paddle on Lake Wallenpaupack!
