A Yoga Mat Painting Extravaganza
Bring a blank mat (or we will provide one for you to keep) and a bottle of wine. Yoga, paint, and snacks will be provided.This is a great opportunity to try yoga. The yoga portion of the program will be a short, intro to yoga, relaxing and friendly for All Levels of practice. Designed to fuel inspiration, calm the body and the mind.

Live Music and Yoga
Bryan Cowan is a saxophone player and multi instrumentalist from the greater lake region. He is a senior at wallenpaupack area high school who has been honored at the local level at festivals and WVIA’s artist of the week for 2015-2016 year, as well as state and national levels through programs such as the PMEA all state festival where he was seated as the principle baritone saxophone player in the state and at the New York Summer Music by being placed in some of the top ensembles for jazz and classical, at a program that brings student from both the national and international music community and has faculty from universities such as Eastman School of Music in Rochester and Curtis. Along with this he has had the privilege to work with and learn from such people as Sherrie Maricle , Donny McCaslin, and Phil Woods. His objective is to use his knowledge and experiences with the many improvised styles of music will allow him to read the room and set a perfect backdrop to the session.$12 drop in fee for class, plus donation for Bryan!
